层状材料连杆热锻模锻压全过程仿真分析及模具寿命预测
Simulation Analysis of the Total Process for Clad Materials Connecting Rod Thermal Die Forging and Die Lifetime Pridiction
【摘要】 在考虑大断面功能梯度层状复合材料连杆热模锻模具的材料性能和工况条件基础上,采用有限元分析软件Msc.Superform对层状复合材料连杆热锻模锻压全过程进行了热机械耦合分析。实现了对层状复合材料连杆热锻模,尤其是关键部位即焊层处的非线性大变形全过程的动态模拟仿真,得到了温度场、等效塑性应力应变场在时间和空间上的分布规律,并对模具的寿命进行了预测。
【Abstract】 Based on material properties of heavy cross-section functionally graded clad composites connecting rod thermal die forging and its working conditions,the thermal-mechanical coupling analyses of the total process for clad composites connecting rod thermal die forging was conducted by using finite element analyzing software Msc.Superform.The dynamic simulations can be realized for clad composites connecting rod thermal die forging,especially for the non-liner heavy deformation process of key locations,i.e.welding layer.The distribution of the thermal field and equivalent plastic stress and strain can be obtained in time and space,and the lifetime of die is also predicated.
