电磁铸造对铝合金铸件力学性能的影响

【摘要】 设计制造了电磁铸造实验装置,应用正交实验方法,研究电磁铸造铝合金铸件力学性能的主要影响因素。结果表明:对ZL104的性能影响程度大小的顺序依次是:磁场强度、电流、循环时间;在电磁场作用下ZL104合金铸件的力学性能有显著提高。研究结果对铝合金电磁铸造技术的应用有重要的意义。

【Abstract】 The experimental equipment of electromagnetic casting was designed and manufactured.With analysis method of handing over experiment,the main influence factors of effection of electromagnetic casting on mechanical properties of aluminum alloy were studied.The experiment results indicate: the sequence of the degree size of effection of the electric current and the magnetic flux density and the circulation time on mechanical properties of ZL104 aluminum alloy one by one in order is :magnetic flux density> electric current>circulation time.The mechanical properties of the ZL104 metal alloy castings have increased evidently under the function of the electromagnetic field.The research result has important meaning in application to the technology of aluminum alloy electromagnetic casting.
