【Abstract】 The key to human resource crisis management is to building early warning system.The basic functions and the procedure of HRC early warning are to build the early warning philosophy,to make HRC early warning plan,to monitor and track the operation of human resource,to make decision and take action on crisis,and to make after-action review of both the crisis incident and the steps taken to solve it.The HRC early warning process does not end once a crisis has occurred and been resolved,so it recommends that the procedure be placed in a continuous feedback loop so that the enterprise can enhance its capability to identify and deal with HRC.更多还原
