石油醚在干法合成低取代度阳离子淀粉中的应用
Application of Petroleum Ether in Preparing Low Substitution Degree Cationic Starch
【摘要】 以石油醚作为分散剂,用醚化剂GTA与玉米淀粉干法制备低取代度阳离子淀粉,考察了温度、时间、pH等因素对反应的影响,得出最佳反应条件。在此条件下,反应效率大大提高,产品性质均一。
【Abstract】 Cationic starch with the low degree of substitution was prepared by reacting glycidyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (GTA) with cornstarch using in petroleum ether as dispersant by means of dry method. The effects of reaction temperature, time and pH value on the degree of substitution (DS) and the reaction efficiency (RE) of pro ̄duct were analyzed. The optimum reaction process was established. This preparation method greatly improved the reaction efficiency and product uniformity.
