正弦曲线运动轨迹误差与伺服系统动态特性关系的研究

【Abstract】 This paper solves output that the sine is input signal through biaxial servo system’s dynamic math model firstly.Secondly the motion error of sine curve is defined gained and simulated.Finally,the relation of servo system’s dynamic properties and motion error is discussed.更多还原
