新型建筑钢筋冷轧三角螺旋钢筋的研制
Development of Cold Rolled Triangular Spiral Bar for Construction
【摘要】 针对我国生产的冷轧带肋钢筋塑性指标偏低问题,提出将冷轧变形程度控制在20%左右,即可使塑性、强度指标处于最佳组合区。据此,研制了新型建筑钢筋——冷轧三角螺旋钢筋,该钢筋强度可提高40%~60%,伸长率达6%~8%,且适于较大规格钢筋生产,使用此种钢筋可节约建筑钢材20%~30%。
【Abstract】 In view of the problem of low plastic indexes of cold rolled ribbed bar in China, it pointed out that the draught of cold rolling can be controlled at 20%,and best plastic and strength indexes can be obtained. Therefore,a new type cold rolled triangular spiral bar for construction was developed.The strength can be increased 40%~60% and elongation increased 6%~8% of this bar.Othermore,there is benefit to produce large gauge of this bar and can save material from 20% to 30%.
