聚联苯砜二甲酰十二碳二胺的非等温结晶动力学
Non-isothermal Crystallization Kinetics of Poly(Dodecamethylene Dicarboxydiphenyl Sulfone Amides)
【摘要】 用DSC方法研究了聚联苯砜二甲酰十二碳二胺(PAl2-S)的非等温结晶动力学.采用Jeziorny修正的Avrami方程和莫志深等提出的R-t法对非等温结晶动力学进行了分析,由Jeziorny法处理得到主结晶期Avrami指数n在4.5~5.2之间,次结晶期n在1.7~2.3之间;由R-t法得到的a值在1.4~1.5之间.利用Kissinger方法求得了PA12-S的非等温结晶活化能为-215.2 kJ/mol.
【Abstract】 The non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of poly(dodecamethylene dicarboxydiphenyl sulfone amides)(PA12-S) is investigated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).Jeziorny method is used to fit the primary and secondary stages of non-isothermal crystallination of PA12-S,n is evaluated,it is found to lie in the range of 4.5~5.2 for primary stage,and 1.7~2.3 for secondary stage;according to R-t method,the result of a is in the range of 1.4~1.5.The activation energy(ΔE) is determined to be-215.2 kJ/mol by the Kissinger’s method.
