4MV静电加速器的设计与调试
Design and Improvement of 4 MV Electrostatic Accelerator
【摘要】 介绍了静电加速器的结构以及在调试中出现的一些问题,分析了这些问题出现的原因以及解决办法.在11.5 MPa由氮气、二氧化碳和六氟化硫组成的绝缘气体(其体积比为75∶20∶5)下,离子源在575 V板压、7.7×10-4Pa气压、1.6 kV引出电压和21 kV聚焦电压的状态下,得到3.1 MV、106μA稳定的质子束.
【Abstract】 The structure of electrostatic accelerator and some technical problems arising in development are introduced.The reasons and the solving means of these problems are analyzed.A stable proton beam with current of 106 μA and energy of 3.1 MV is developed under the condition that the pressure of the insulating gas whose proportion of V(N2)∶V(CO2)∶V(SF6) is 75∶20∶5 is 11.5 MPa and the parameters of ion source are 575 V plate voltage,7.7×10-4 Pa gas pressure,1.6 kV extraction voltage,21 kV focusing voltage.
