【摘要】 目的探讨重睑切口额肌筋膜瓣拉下式悬吊术矫治先天性重度上睑下垂的临床效果。方法2000年1月～2006年4月,采用重睑切口额肌筋膜瓣拉下式悬吊术式矫治先天性重度上睑下垂患者45例,男性24例,女性21例,年龄5岁～33岁,平均19.5岁。结果本组45例患者,术后1周矫正良好37例,基本矫正8例,无矫正不足患者。所有患者术后早期均存在眼睑闭合不全,都于6个月内消失。无明显并发症发生。随访6个月～4年,效果良好。结论重睑切口额肌筋膜瓣拉下式悬吊术矫治先天性重度上睑下垂,效果确切可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of frontalis muscular fasciae flap draw down suspension through upper eyelid fold incision for congenital severe blepharoptosis correction. Methods From January 2002 to April 2006, a total of 45 patients with congenital severe blepharoptosis underwent frontalis muscular fasciae flap draw down suspension through upper eyelid fold incision. There were 24 males and 21 females, aged from 5 to 33 years (mean age: 19.5 years). Results To these 45 patients, evaluation was done 1 week later, 37 patients received fine rectification, 8 patients received essential rectification, no patients were undercorrected. Hypophasis occurred to every patient after operation, but all disappeared in 6 months. No complications occurred. With a follow up of 6 months to 4 years,all patients were satisfied with their results. Conclusion The frontalis muscular fasciae flap draw down suspension through upper eyelid fold incision can be used to treat severe blepharoptosis congenital and achieve good effects.更多还原
