【Abstract】 A complex natural antioxidant(CNA) comprised of liquorice(Glycyrrhizauralensis Fisch) extract(GE),orange peel(Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae) extract(PE),phosphatidyl choline(PC),ascorbic acid(Vc) and citric acid(CA) was prepared.The optimum ratio of GE,PE,PC,Vc and CA was 30∶60∶20∶1∶2,and it was obtained by response surface methodology.With the same addition,the antioxidant activity of the CNA was higher than that of BHT and catechin,but lower than that of TBHQ.更多还原
