【Abstract】 Biodiesel is a renewable energy source produced from renewable bioresources,such as waste oils and fats.The main composition of the biodiesel is the long chain fatty acid monoester.Direct dumping and illegal use of waste oils and fats will harm the environment and human health.Making full use of these lower-cost biodiesel feedstocks will not only help us to ease the energy crisis but also benefit the environment protection.The composition of these waste oils and fats are similar,however,other properties,such as acid values,are different due to wide-ranging resources.These physical and chemical characters,especially the acid value and degree of saturation of oils and fats are remarkably relevant to the processing art and the quality of biodiesel.A general analysis and summary of their effects on biodiesel were provided.更多还原
