【摘要】 为观察CT引导肩关节腔内注射的临床价值和施配特配合松解术治疗肩关节周围炎的临床效果。行肌间沟麻醉下手法松解术后,分别配合和不配合关节腔内注射施沛特治疗肩关节周围炎;统计分析了CT引导和不在CT引导下行肩关节腔内注射的成功率;观察了施沛特注射到关节腔内、外的CT征像。结果表明137例(治疗组)和46例(治疗对照组)松解术后配合和不配合关节腔内注射施沛特的疗效有显著差异(P<0.01);123个肩(引导组)和40个肩(引导对照组)肩关节腔内注射的成功率和有效率分别为100%、52.50%,两者有显著差异(P<0.01);治疗组注射到关节腔内的施沛特弥散良好,5例(影像对照组)注射到关节腔外施沛特呈块状。表明,CT引导肩关节腔内注射具有定位准确,方法简单等优点;关节腔内注射施沛特配合松解术治疗肩关节周围炎,提高了肩关节松解术治疗肩关节周围炎的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 he objective of the paper is to observe the clinical value of CTguided intra-shoulder injection and the clinical effect of Sodium Hyaluronate and lysis on shoulder periarthritis.After the manipulative lysis under intermuscular-groove anesthesia,intra-shoulder injection of Sodium Hyaluronate was used and was not used as the auxiliary therapy for shoulder periarthritis;the successful rates of CT-guided and non-CT-guided intra-shoulder injection were counted and analyzed;the CT signs of the cases of the intra-and extra-articular injection were observed.The results showed that the therapeutic effect of 132 cases treated by Sodium Hyaluronate and lysis had a significant difference from that of 46 cases treated by lysis alone (P < 0.01);the successful and effective rates of 123 shoulders of the CT-guided injection and 40 shoulders of the non-CT-guided were 100 % and 52.50 %,respectively with a significant difference (P < 0.01);in the treated group receiving intra-articular injection,Sodium Hyaluronate had a good diffusion,but in 5 cases receiving extra-articular injection,Sodium Hyaluronate appeared massive,suggesting that the CT-guided intra-shoulder injection has advantages,such as simple method,accurate location,etc;when used to treat shoulder periarthritis,the intra-shoulder injection of Sodium Hyaluronate and lysis function to improve the therapeutic effect of the treatment of shoulder periarthritis by lysis.更多还原
