【摘要】 为探讨中医辨证分型治疗原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效,应用院内制剂补肾壮骨丹,辨证分型治疗原发性骨质疏松症,通过近期(服药前后)及远期(停药半年后)临床观察和BMD(骨密度)测定及生化指标(血钙素、尿吡啶酚)检测,确切地对其疗效进行评定。近期及远期与治疗前比较,临床症状、BMD、生化指标(BGP、PYD)均明显改善,统计学处理P<0.05,有显著差异。表明中医辨证分型治疗原发性骨质疏松症疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the clinical therapeutic effect of the treatment of primary osteoporosis based on the differential diagnosis of TCM syndromes and types (DDST),primary osteoporosis was treated by kidneys-reinforcing and bone-strengthening pills made in our hospital based on DDST and the clinical therapeutic effect was definitely evaluated through the short-term (before and after the treatment) and long-term (half a year after the withdrawal) clinical observations,BMD measurement and BGP and PYD assay. The results showed that compared with the pre-treatment,the short-and long-term clinical symptoms,BMD,BGP and PYD were significantly improved with a significant statistical difference (P < 0.05),suggesting that the treatment of primary osteoporosis based on DDST produces a significant therapeutic effect.更多还原
