【摘要】 为探讨淫羊藿苷对人成骨细胞的影响,采用分次酶消化法做离体人成骨细胞培养,得到性状稳定、纯度高的成骨细胞;用MTT法做淫羊藿苷对成骨细胞增殖的研究。结果发现不同浓度的淫羊藿苷对成骨细胞的生长增殖均有促进作用,以10ng·ml-1浓度时其作用最强(P<0.05);生化方法测定淫羊藿苷浓度为100ng·ml-1和10ng·ml-1对成骨细胞分泌碱性磷酸酶(AKP)有促进作用。表明淫羊藿苷促进成骨细胞增殖的同时,增强了成骨细胞成骨活性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of Icariine on human osteoblasts, osteoblasts with high purity and stable property were isolated from human bone by the fractional enzyme digestion; and the effect of Icariine on osteoblasts growth and proliferation was studied by MTT method. The results showed that all different concentrations of Icariine have a stimulating effect on osteoblasts growth and proliferation; the 10 ng·ml-1-concentrated Icariine had the greatest effect (P < 0.05); the 100 ng·ml-1-concentrated and the 10 ng·ml-1-concentrated had stimulating effect on the secretion of osteoblasts AKP, suggesting that Icariine could strength the osteogenetic activity of osteoblasts when promoting osteoblasts proliferation.更多还原
