【摘要】 为评价丹参注射液预防下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的临床效果。随机将169例下肢骨折手术治疗患者分为未用药组(对照组)和丹参预防组(观察组),其中对照组80例,观察组89例。观察组术前5天~术后7天给予丹参注射液静脉滴注。两组患者均于术后作Doppler超声检查。分别对两组患者的一般资料、手术资料及DVT发生率进行评估比较。结果观察组DVT发生率为13.5%,对照组为47.5%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。观察组未发现药物不良反应。提示丹参注射液预防下肢深静脉血栓形成疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the clinical effect of Red Sage injection(RSI) in preventing lower-extremity deep venous thrombosis(DVT),169 cases of lowerextremity fracture treated surgically were randomly divided into two groups: the observed(89 cases) and the control(80 cases).The control was given no drugs and the observed was treated by RSI from pre-surgical 5 days to post-surgical 7 days;both groups were given Dopples ultrasonic examinations post-surgically;and the general and surgical materials and DVT incidences of the two groups were evaluated and compared with each other.The results showed that the DVT incidences of the observed and the control were 13.5 % and 47.5 %,respectively with a significant difference(P < 0.05) in the comparison of the two groups;no bad reactions of the drug were found in the observed group,suggesting that RSI has a significant therapeutic effect in the prevention lower-extremity DVT.更多还原
