【摘要】 为探讨化痰逐瘀中药萌生丸治疗酒精性股骨头坏死的疗效机理,选择Ⅱ期酒精性股骨头坏死患者60例,采用萌生丸治疗3个月,检测患者治疗前后血液流变学及血脂的变化,结果治疗后患者全血比黏度、血浆比黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞电泳时间、血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油及低密度脂蛋白均明显降低,而高密度脂蛋白则明显增高,与治疗前比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。表明化痰逐瘀的中药萌生丸可改善Ⅱ期酒精性股骨头坏死病理变化中的血液流学及血清学的水平,促进坏死股骨头的修复。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the therapeutic-effect mechanism of "MENG SHENG WAN"(MSW,a TCD preparation resolving phlegm and eliminating blood stasis) in the treatment of alcoholic femoral head necrosis(AFHN),60 cases of II-staged AFHN were selected and treated by MSW for three months,and the pre-and post-treatment changes of blood rheology and blood fat of the cases were detected.The results showed that after the treatment,all of the specific viscosities of whole blood and plasma,packed-cell volumes and electrophoretic time,total serum cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein in the cases descended obviously but the high density lipoprotein ascended remarkably with a significant difference(P < 0.05) compared with the pre-therapeutic ones,suggesting that phlegm-resolving and blood-stasis-eliminating MSW functions to improve the level of blood rheology and serology in AFHN and to promote the repair of the necrosed femoral head.更多还原
