【摘要】 为探讨改良加压固定器治疗胫骨骨折不愈合的作用机理,评价其对治疗胫骨骨折不愈合的临床疗效,将42例胫骨中下段骨折不愈合的患者随机分为两组,治疗组21例采用开放复位加压外固定器加小夹板外固定治疗,对照组21例采用开放复位加压钢板内固定治疗,进行临床观察。结果治疗组总有效率为95.24%,对照组为80.95%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);在X线片骨痂评分、临床愈合时间、关节功能恢复方面有显著差异(P<0.01)。认为该加压外固定器加小夹板固定具有良好的生物力学性能,固定牢固,应力遮挡作用小并具有操作简单、创伤小、合并症少、便于推广等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the action mechanism of modified compressing external fixer and splints(CEFS) for treating lower-middle-tibial nonunion(LMTN) and to evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect,42 cases of LMTN were randomly divided into two groups: the treated and the control(n=21 cases each),which were treated by CEFS and splints and by open reduction and compressing plate internal fixation,respectively.The results of clinical observations showed that the total effective rates of the treated and the control were 95.24 % and 80.95 %l,respectively and the treated had an obvious advantage over the control(P < 0.05) and a significant difference from the control in the X-ray-callus score,clinical healing time and joint function recovery(P < 0.01).It was believed that CEFS have many advantages,such as good biomechanical properties,simple operation, stable fixation,little stress blocking,little injury and few complications,ease to be popularized,etc.更多还原
