【摘要】 为验证应用指背筋膜逆行岛状皮瓣修复指腹缺损的临床疗效,对56例64指(示指23指,中指21指,环指12指,小指8指)指腹缺损患者应用指背筋膜逆行岛状皮瓣修复。结果皮瓣全部成活。获5～30个月,平均8个月随访的43例,修复后的指腹外形良好,耐磨,感觉恢复良好,静止两点辨觉6～8mm,患者指间关节活动度正常。表明在伤情允许的情况下,指背筋膜逆行岛状皮瓣是修复指腹缺损的首选皮瓣,尤其适用于示指、小指损伤者。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the therapeutic effect of reversed island dorsal-digital-fascia flap (DDF) on the repair of digital-pad defect (DPD), 56 cases of DPD of 64 fingers (23 index fingers, 12 ring fingers and 8 little fingers) were repaired by DDF. The results showed that all flaps were survived, the follow-up of 43 cases (Mean: 8 months; Range: 5 to 30 months) showed good appearance of the fingers, good sensation recovery, resting two-point discrimination 6 to 8 ㎜ and normal interphalangeal-joint activity, suggesting that under the permission of the injury, DDF is the first-selected flap for DPD, especially for the injury of the index and little fingers.更多还原
