【摘要】 目的:探讨剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕处早期妊娠的超声图像特征。材料和方法:对7例剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕处早期妊娠超声图像进行回顾性分析。结果:剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕处早期妊娠的超声图像表现为子宫下段前壁向外凸出,其内可见包块影像,包块与膀胱之间子宫肌层变薄。包块回声大致分混合回声包块和囊性包块两种类型:前者其内及其周围血运丰富,后者部分囊内可见胎芽组织。结论:剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕处早期妊娠的超声图像比较有特异性,可为对该病的诊断提供有价值的信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: The study was designed to explore the ultrasonographic characteristics of early ectopic pregnancy within the caesarean section scar. Materials and Methods: Seven cases of ectopic early pregnancy within the caesarean section scar were retrospectively analyzed with ultrasonography. Results: Ultrasonography revealed that the anterior wall of the lower part of uterine was protruded with a mass in it. The myometrium between the mass and bladder became thiner. Two types of masses were found, one with mixed echo and rich in blood signal(n=3), the other cystic mass with saccate(n=4). Conclusion: The ultrasonographic features of ectopic early pregnancy within the caesarean section scar were specific and of important value in the diagnosis.更多还原
