【摘要】 目的观察在基层医院开展卒中单元医疗模式的临床效果。方法对90例病人实施自行设计的卒中单元医疗模式(观察组),并与0例传统治疗(对照组)进行对比分析。结果观察组总显效率为70.0%、总有效率为92.2%,高于对照组的7.5%、78.8%(P<0.01或P<0.05),常见4种并发症发生率显著低于对照组P<0.01)。结论脑卒中急性期实施卒中单元医疗模式效果优于传统治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of stroke unit medical care model in primary hospital.Methods One hundred and seventy patients(pts) with stroke were divided into observation group(n=90) and control group (n=80)randomly. The pts In the observation group were treated by self-designed stroke unit medical care model. The pts in control group were treated by traditional method. The results were analyzed and compared.Results The results showed that the obvious effective rate and the total effective rate in the observation group were higher than that in control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The incidence of four common complications in the observation group was lower significantly than that in the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion [WT5BZ]The effect of stroke unit medical care model for acute stroke was more obvious than that by traditional method.
