【摘要】 目的观察中风康对脑梗死病人血脂的影响。方法采用随机临床对照观察方法,将259例病人随机分为两组,两组均采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加服中风康;对照组在常规治疗的基础上加服脑心通胶囊。观察两组病人治疗前后神经功能缺损评分和血脂变化,并判断临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗后三酰甘油(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量明显升高(P<0.01),其中TG、TC、LDL-C含量明显低于对照组(P<0.01),HDL-C含量明显高于对照组;治疗组总有效率(99.19%)明显优于对照组(82.96%,P<0.01);治疗组治疗后神经功能缺损评分为(8.95±7.62)分明显低于对照组的(12.54±6.63)分(P<0.01)。结论中风康通过调节血脂,抑制动脉粥样硬化形成,提高脑梗死病人神经功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Zhongfengkang on blood lipid in patients (pts) with cerebral infarction. Methods The pts were divided into two groups randomly. The pts in the treatment group(n=124) were treated with Zhongfengkang,and the pts in control group(n=135) were treated with Buchangnaoxintong capsule. The therapeutic effect,neurologic impairment scores and blood lipid were observed before and after treatment. Results The content of TG,TC and LDL-C decreased in treatment group following treatment(P<0.01).HDL-C content increased obviously(P<0.01).The contents of TC,TG and LDL-C in treatment group were lower than that in control group(P<0.01).HDL-C content in treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate in treatment group was 99.19%,which was obviously higher than that in control group(82.96%,P<0.01).The neurologic impairment scores in treatment group were lower than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Zhongfengkang was effective for regntation of blood lipid in pts with cerebral infarction.更多还原
