【摘要】 目的研究银杏叶提取物舒血宁注射液结合高压氧治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选择100例急性脑梗死病人,随机分为治疗组(A组)35例和对照Ⅰ组(B组)32例、对照Ⅱ组(C组)33例。A组应用舒血宁注射液结合高压氧治疗,B组应用复方丹参注射液加高压氧治疗,C组总应用常规药物加舒血宁注射液治疗。结果A组、B组、C组有效率分别为85.71%、62.50%、60.61%。结论舒血宁注射液结合高压氧治疗脑梗死的疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shuxuening Injection and hyperbaric oxygen for cerebral infarction.Methods One hundred patients (pts) with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group C,control group A and control group B.The pts in treatment group C were treated by Shuxuening Injection with hyperbaric oxygen. The pts in group A were treated by Dansheng Injection with hyperbaric oxygen. The pts in control group B were treated by conventional medicine with Shuxuening Injection.Results The effective rates were 85.71%,62.50% and 60.61% in group A, B and C, respectively.There were no significantly difference(P>0 .05) in group A and group B.Following the treatment recovery of nervous function was better in treatment group C than that in control group A and control group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Shuxuening Injection with hyperbaric oxygen were effective for cerebral infarction significantly.更多还原
