【摘要】 目的:研究降糖安对正常动物糖耐量及血糖的影响。方法:通过葡萄糖氧化酶法测定降糖安对外源性葡萄糖耐量及正常血糖含量的影响。结果:降糖安能显著降低外源性葡萄糖引起的大鼠、小鼠血糖值升高;对正常大鼠血糖有降低作用,对家兔的血糖无明显影响。结论:降糖安有显著的降低动物外源高血糖、增强葡萄糖耐量作用;对正常动物血糖的影响存在种属差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of JTA on the glucose tolerance and serum glucose level in normal animals. Methods: The way of determining serum glucose concentration was used to observe the effects of JTA on glucose tolerance due to glucose uptake and normal serum glucose level. Results: JTA can reduce the serum glucose level of mouse and rats induced by glucose uptake significantly, and it could decline the serum glucose level of normal rats, but similar effect on normal rabbits. Conclusion: The result show the hypoglycemic effects of JTA in mice and rats due to glucose uptake. But, the results are different on the serum glucose level in different normal animals.更多还原
