氯化锰对小鼠精子畸形率的影响
Effects of manganese chloride exposure on ratio of deformity in mice
【摘要】 目的研究氯化锰对小鼠精子畸形率的影响,并探讨其时间-效应关系和剂量-效应关系。方法将雄性小鼠随机分为3个染锰组和1个对照组,给予各组小鼠腹腔注射7.5、15.0、30.0mg/kg氯化锰和生理盐水,分别于染锰第3、7、14、28、56天处死各组小鼠5只,观察精子畸形率。结果各染锰组分别于染锰不同时间出现精子畸形率升高,且随着染锰剂量的增加和时间的延长而逐渐加重。结论氯化锰可导致精子畸形率升高,且有一定的时间-效应和剂量-效应关系。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of manganese chloride exposure on ratio of deformity in mice,and explore the dose-effects andtime-effects.Methods The study mice were divided into 3 treatment groups with manganese chloride(7.5,15.0,30.0mg/kg) and 1 control group with NS.The ratio of deformity of sperm was investigated after 5 different time(3,7,14,28,56d) i.p.administration MnCl2(7.5,15.0,30.0mg/kg).Results Results shows the ratio of deformity of sperm were significantly increased after different time in exposed groups respectively.Conclusions It is suggested that Mncl2 might lead the ratio of deformity to increase in mice,and there existed dose-effects and time-effects.
