妊娠期糖代谢异常性巨大儿与成纤维细胞生长因子的关系
Study on the relationship between fetal macrosomia of gestational diabetes mllitus,gestational impared glucose tolerance and fibroblast growth factor-2
【摘要】 目的探讨孕妇血清成纤维细胞生长因子2(FGF-2)水平测定对糖代谢异常性巨大儿有无预测价值。方法采用酶联免疫方法检测孕34~37w母血清中FGF-2水平。结果(1)糖代谢正常组孕妇血清FGF-2(3.35±2.2ng/m l),而异常组≥18.9±2.8ng/m l,两者差异显著。(2)糖代谢异常组巨大儿母血清FGF-2水平为(34.6±4.3ng/m l),正常组为(23.34±3.7ng/m l),两组比较差异性有显著性(P<0.05)。结论糖代谢异常组孕妇血清FGF-2水平明显高于正常组,其水平与新生儿体重呈正相关,说明孕妇血清FGF-2水平与糖代谢异常性巨大儿(GDM-MS)有相关性。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate whether maternity serum fibroblast growth factor-2(FGF-2)can be as a predictor of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)and gestational impared glucose tolerance(GIGT).Methods:The serum fibroblast growth factor-2(FGF-2) levelof pregnant women during 34~37 gestational week was analized by revers enzyme linked immunosorberot assay(ELISA).Results:(1)The maternity serum FGF-2 concentration of normal pregnant women group was(3.35±2.2)ng/ml:The maternity serum FGF-2 concentration of the glucose intolerant pregnant women group was(18.9±2.8)ng/ml,Whereas there was significant difference in normal pregnant women and glucose intolerant pregnant women.(2)The maternity serum FGF-2 bevel of glucose intolerant pregnant women and fetal macrosomia was(34.6±4.3)ng/ml;The maternity serum FGF-2 concentration of normal pregnant women and fetal macrosomia was(23.3±3.7)ng/ml.The difference between the glucose intolerant pregnant women and fetal macrosomia group and normal pregnant women and fetal macrosomia group WaS statistically significace(P<0.05).Conclusion:The maternity serum FGF-2 level of glucose intolerant pregnant women group is much higher than that of normal glucose group.The maternity serum FGF-2 level of glucose intolerant pregnant women group positively correlated with the weight of neonate newborn.It proveds maternity serun FGF-2 level is correlated with gestational diabetes mellitus fetal maerosomia(GDM-MS).
