【摘要】 目的调查两种孕中期唐氏综合征产前筛查方法的一致性。方法对85例孕中期孕妇分别以两种筛查方法进行检测筛查,计算相应Kappa值并进行假设检验。结果两种筛查方法的筛查阳性率均为10.59%(9/85),Kappa值为0.2544,经假设检验无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两种孕中期唐氏综合征产前筛查方法未见统计学一致性,提示当前一些孕中期唐氏综合征产前筛查方法值得进一步改进完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the consistency between two maternal serum screening for Down′s syndrome in the second trimester pregnancy. Methods:Maternal serum screening methods for Down′s syndrome was carried out, respectively with two screening methods, in the 85 second trimester pregnancy women, the corresponding Kappa value was calculated, and the statistical significance test was performed. Results:Both the positive rates of these two screening methods were 10.59%(9/85),Kappa value was 0.2544,and no significant statistical consistency was observed.Conclusion:No significant statistical consistency was observed between these two maternal serum screening test,suggesting some improvements are needed for the better performance of the present maternal serum screening methods for Down’s syndrome in the second trimester pregnancy.更多还原
