【摘要】 目的研究碘缺乏对儿童生长发育尤其是身高的影响。方法在8~12岁儿童中按年龄与身高的比例,选取3组儿童,每组40例,A组身高在同年龄组正常范围内,B组身高属于发育轻度落后,C组身高属于发育中度落后,比较3组儿童的尿碘值有无差异。结果3组的尿碘值由高到低依次为A、B、C组,其中A组尿碘值在3组间最高,且明显高于C组,有显著性差异(P<0.01)、B组的尿碘值高于C组,有显著性差异(P<0.05),A组与B组的尿碘值无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论碘在儿童的生长发育过程中起着重要的作用,碘缺乏在一定范围内将影响儿童的身高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effects of iodine deficiency on growth and development about children,particularly on the height of children. Methods:We select 120 children who are divided into three groups according to different ages.The rage of age is from 8 years to 12 years.The height of group A is normal,the height of group B belong to stuntingⅠ° and the height of group C belong to stuntingⅡ°.We observe the iodine of urine about the three groups.Results:Among those iodine of urine group A is the most great and there was a significant difference between group A and group C(P<0.01),group B and group C(P<0.05).Conclusion:Iodine plays a very important role in the growth and development of children.Iodine deficiency will affect the height of children in a limited scope.更多还原
