【摘要】 目的研究糖尿病足患者血清IGF-1和VEGF水平与糖尿病足部溃疡或坏疽的关系。方法分别采用放射免疫分析法和定量双抗体夹心ELISA法检测23例糖尿病足患者血清IGF-1和VEGF水平,并与健康人和2型糖尿病患者进行比较。结果糖尿病足患者血清IGF-1和VEGF水平显著低于糖尿病患者和健康对照组(P<0.05)。结论生长因子IGF-1和VEGF是糖尿病足发生和发展的重要影响因素,IGF-1和VEGF水平低下可能是糖尿病足部溃疡经久不愈的重要原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective: To investigate the correlation of the serum concentration of insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in diabetic foot patients with the incidence of diabetic foot ulcer or necrosis.Methods: The serum concentration of IGF-1 and VEGF in 23 diabetic foot patients were determined with radioimmunoassay and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for quantitative analysis respectively and compared with that of normal subjects and type 2 diabetes patients.Results: The serum concentration of IGF-1 and VEGF in patients with diabetic foot were obviously lower than those of diabetic and normal control group(P<0.05).conclusion: IGF-1 and VEGF have an important effect on the occurrence anddevelopment of diabetic foot,the lower levers of IGF-1 and VEGF may be the important cause that diabetic foot ulcer can not cicatrize for a long time.更多还原
