【摘要】 目的通过对胎膜早破孕妇蜕膜和血清中氧化应激指标—超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)及维生素E(VE)的测定,探讨氧化应激与胎膜早破的关系。方法用化学比色法对30例胎膜早破孕妇和30例正常孕足月妇女蜕膜和血清中SOD、MDA及VE进行测定。结果与正常孕足月妇女相比,胎膜早破孕妇蜕膜和血清中MDA水平都升高(P<0.05),SOD、VE水平却都下降(P<0.05,P<0.05)。结论氧化应激与胎膜早破具有相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To determine the levels of SOD,MDA and VE in decidua and maternal serum of patients with premature rupture of membranes to clarify relationship between oxidative stress and premature rupture of membranes.Methods: The levels of SOD,MDA and VE in decidua and maternal serum were measured in 30 patients with premature rupture of membranes and 30 term-pregnant women by chemocolorimetry.Results: The levels of MDA in decidua and maternal serum of patients with premature rupture of membranes were significantly higher than those of term-pregnant women(P<0.05),while the levels of SOD and VE were significantly decreased(P<0.05,P<0.05).Conclusion: Oxidative stress is associated with premature rupture of membranes.更多还原
