【摘要】 目的研究STR位点D13S317在温州地区的遗传多态性,获得相应的群体遗传学数据。方法在温州地区随机抽取128名无血缘关系汉族个体的静脉血,EDTA抗凝,用chelex-100法提取DNA。用Beckm an CEQ 8800毛细管测序仪测定序列,应用PCR技术和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳分型。结果温州地区汉族群体D13S317基因座发现7个等位基因及19种基因型,其基因型分布符合Hardy-W e iberg平衡(P>0.05)。其个人识别能力(Dp)、其杂合度(H)、非父排除率(PE)和多态性信息含量(PIC)分别为0.921、0.875、0.745和0.77。其重复序列为[TATC]n。结论D13S317在法医学应用和群体遗传学研究中有较高的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study genetic polymorphism of D13S317 locus in Han population in Wenzhou.Methods:The polymerase chain reaction(PCR)was used.D13S317 locus was amplified on DNA samples,which were extracted from 128 unrelated individuals.EDTA-blood by chelex-100 method.D13S317 locus was sequencing by Beckman CEQ 8800.The PCR products were analyzed by PAG vertical electrophoresis.Results:Sever alleles and ninteen genotypes were found.The genotype distribution of D13S317 locus was in accordance with Hardy-Weinberg equilibreum(P>0.05).The discriminating power(Dp),Observed heterozygosity(H),power of exclusion(PE)and polymorphism information content(PIC) were 0.921,0.875,0.745 and 0.77,respectively.Conclusion:The results demonstrated that this locus can be used in forensic medicine and in other genetic researches.更多还原
