【摘要】 目的建立复方制剂糖脂清胶囊中多种有效成分的含量测定方法。方法用D₁₀₁型大孔吸附树脂柱富集纯化制剂中的人参皂苷Rg₁、Rb₁、Re及三七皂苷R₁等有效成分,采用HPLC法对制剂中人参皂苷Rg₁、Rb₁、Re及三七皂苷R₁等有效成分进行含量测定。结果Rg₁、Rb₁、Re和R₁线性范围分别为1．88～11．28μg,1．76～10．56μg,0．294～1．764μg,0．752～2．256μg。该方法回收率Rg₁为101．51%（RSD=0．75%）,Rb₁为100．58%（RSD= 0．46%）,Re为100．29%（RSD=1．01%）,R₁为98．64%（RSD=0．73%）。结论本测定方法简便可行、重复性好,可用于本制剂中各有效成分的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method of determining effective components in Tangzhiqing Capsule.Methods Gin- seng saponin Rg₁,Rb₁,Re and notoginseng saponin R₁ in the capsule were separated and purified by D₁₀₁macroporous absorption resin,and then determined by HPLC.Results The linearity arrange of ginseng saponin Rg₁,Re,Rb₁ and no- toginseng saponin R₁ were 1.88～11.28μg,1.76～10.56μg,0.294～1.764μg,0.752～2.256μg and the recov- eries were 101.51%（RSD=0.75%）,100.58%（RSD=0.46%）,100.29%（RSD=1.01%）,98.64% （RSD = 0.73%）respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,feasible and reproducible,and can be used for the determination of effective components in Tangzhiqing Capsule.更多还原
