64层CT冠状静脉系统成像在心脏电生理治疗中的应用价值探讨

【摘要】 目的评价64层CT显示心脏冠状静脉系统(CS)及其分支解剖的能力及其在心脏电生理治疗中的应用价值。方法回顾分析同期行64层CT扫描与选择性冠状静脉造影(CVG)的患者46例,观察CS及其分支的走行;以CVG为金标准,计数CS及其各分支的显影率;测量CS口、心中静脉(MCV)口和左室后静脉(PV)口的直径,测量冠状静脉各主要分支间的距离,分析MSCT与CVG测量值间的相关性。结果64层CT CS及其各主要分支的显示率为100%。所示的CS及其分支的走行与CVG一致;两种方法的冠状静脉直径测量值呈高度线性正相关,相关系数分别为0.89(CS),0.83(MCV),0.95(PV),P<0.001。结论64层CT可以无创评价CS及其分支的解剖,在心脏电生理治疗中有重要意义。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of 64-slice computed tomography(MSCT) in depicting the cardiac venous(anatomy).Methods The 64-slice CT scans and images of CVG of 46 patients were studied retrospectively.The courses of the vessels were observed on both methods.With the results of CVG as golden standard,the displaying rate of CS and its branches in 64-slice CT were calculated.The diameters of coronary sinus ostium(CSO), the middle cardiac vein ostium(MCVO) and the left posterior vein ostium were measured.The distances between the main branches were measured.The correlation between two groups data were analyzed.Results All coronary veins of 46 patients had imaged in 64-slice CT.The courses of the vessels in 64slice CT were in full accord with CVG.The displaying rate of CS and its branches were all 100%.In both methods the diameters of coronary veins had high positive linear correlation,correlative coefficient were 0.89(CS),0.83(MCV),and 0.95(PV) respectively(P<0.001).Conclusion 64-slice CT is an effective and non-invasive method in the detection of coronary venous system.It has important application in intracardial electrophysiological therapy.
