MR对离体肝脏体积测量的实验研究

【摘要】 目的研究MR对离体肝脏体积测量的准确度及其在劈离式肝移植中的应用价值。方法实验犬新鲜肝15例,于0~4℃保存液中行MR扫描。MR检查包括3D T1、T2压脂序列,在ADW4.0工作站上用Volume Analysis软件测量肝体积。结果MR测量体积平均值为(394.50±88.62)cm3,与实际体积(384.7499±86.1520)cm3相比,测量误差平均2.44%,两种方法存在显著差异(P<0.01),但在测量误差允许范围内,且高度直线相关,相关系数r=0.9991(P<0.001)。结论MR可在保存液中测量离体肝脏体积,且具有较高准确性,对于劈离式肝移植有重要的应用价值。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate a method of using MR to accurately measure the volume of vitro conserved liver, and its value for liver transplantation. Methods Fifteen canine livers in 0~4℃ conservation solution were scanned using 1.5T MRI systems. The cardiac coil and high performance gradients were selected. The 3-dimensional T1 and fat suppression T2 sequences were performed. The liver volume calculated in ADW 4.0 workstation by using the software of Volume Analysis was compared with the actual liver volume measured by water replacement method. Results Liver volume measured by MR and by water replacement were (394.50±88.62) cm~3 and (384.7499±86.15) cm~3 respectively. The comparison by means of linear regression analysis between these two groups showed a nearly canonical correlation coefficient (r=0.9991, P< 0.001 ). There was a statistically significant difference (P<0.01) between the two groups analyzed by paired t-test. But the difference was acceptable with a mean measurement error of 2.44%.Conclusion MR can accurately measure the volume of conserved excised liver.
