【摘要】 目的:鉴别中药玉竹及其掺伪品小玉竹,探索中药玉竹鉴别的新方法。方法:采用显微鉴定和ISSR法鉴定中药玉竹,共考察了28条随机引物,从中筛选出引物(CA)8G,(ATG)5用于分析,经18%琼脂糖电泳分离产物。结果:所选引物进行的PCR扩增可产生用于分析的多态性谱带。通过显微鉴定以及ISSR标记法可以将玉竹及其主要掺伪品区分开。结论:本实验所建立的ISSR标记方法可用于中药玉竹和小玉竹的区分。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To distinguish Polygonatum odroatum from tis counterfeit P.humile and set up a new method to identify the former.Methods:Microscopic and ISSR method were used for the identification of Polygonatum odoratum.28 arbitrary primers were evaluated,and two of them such as（CA）₈G,（ATG）₅ were selected.All the samples were separated by 1.8% gelose electrophoresis.Results:The selected primers could yield enough polymorphic bands for the analysis.With the ISSR and microscopic method,Polygonatum odoratum and its counterfeit P.humile could be identified.Conclusion:The ISSR method that was set up in this research is useful for the identification of Polygonatum odoratum and its Counterfeit P.humile.更多还原
