【摘要】 目的了解三唑磷的急性经口、经皮吸入毒性及急性眼刺激,皮肤刺激作用。方法按国家标准GB15670—1995进行。结果三唑磷对雌雄大鼠的急性经口LD50分别为58.4、68.1mg/kg;急性经皮LD50分别为316、430mg/kg;急性吸入LC50>2000mg/kg;急性眼刺激积分指数(I.A.O.I.)最高值为25;眼刺激平均指数(M.I.O.I.)4d为3.5;皮肤刺激强度平均分值为0.75。结论三唑磷经口和经皮毒性属于中等毒,吸入毒性属于低毒,对眼睛有轻度至中度刺激性,对皮肤有轻度刺激性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the acute oral, acute dermal, acute inhalation toxicity of triazophos and its acute irritant action to eyes and skin. Methods The experiment was done according to GB15670-1995.Results The acute oral toxicity (LD_ 50)of triazophos to paroecious rats was 58.4 mg/kg,68.1 mg/kg respectively. The acute dermal toxicity(LD_ 50) was 316 mg/kg,430 mg/kg ,respectively. The acute inhalation toxicity(LC_ 50) exceeded 2000 mg/kg. The highest index of eye irritation on rabbits was 25 and the mean index of eye irritation was 3.5.The mean index of skin irritation on rabbits was 0.75. Conclusions The oral and dermal toxicity of triazophos were graded as moderate. The acute inhalation toxicity was low. And the eye irritation was low to moderate and skin irritation was low.更多还原
