【摘要】 目的:建立绞股蓝中多糖的测定方法,比较广西6种绞股蓝中多糖的含量。方法:采用苯酚-硫酸比色法,于490nm处测定含量。结果:该方法线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为98.7%,RSD=1.68%。绞股蓝中多糖的含量范围是0.96%～2.98%。结论:本法较准确,可作为绞股蓝中多糖的质量控制。广西产的几种绞股蓝中,扁果绞股蓝(Gynostemme campres-sum)中的多糖含量最高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the method for determination of polysaccharide in Gynostemma,and compare the content of polysaccharide in Gynostemma cultivated in Guangxi.Method:Phonel-sulfuric acid colorimetry was applied at wavelength of 490nm. Result:There was good linearity and the average recovery of polysaccharide was 98.7%(RSD=1.68%,n=6).Conclusion:The method is rapid and accurate.The polysaccharide in Gynostemme campressum was highest among the samples.更多还原
