【摘要】 目的:用高效液相色谱法测定大蒜素胶囊中的二烯丙基三硫醚的含量。方法:以kromasil C18为色谱柱;甲醇-水-甲酸(85:15:0．1)为流动相;流速0．8 ml·min-1;紫外检测波长252 nm。结果:二烯丙基三硫醚的浓度在0．22～7．62μg·ml-1范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0．999 8;平均加样回收率为105．7％,RSD为5．4％;最低检出限为:0．2μg·ml-1。结论:本法快速、准确、灵敏,有利于实现对大蒜素胶囊的质量监控。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To determine the content of diallytrisin in garlic capsules by HPLC. Method:The kromasil C18 cloumn (250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used,the mobile phase was methanol-water-methanoic acid(85:15:0.1) , flow rate was0. 8 ml·min-1. The dectection wavelength was at 252 nm. Result: the linear range of diallytrisin was 22 - 762μg·ml-1(r = 0.999 8), the limitation of detection was 0.2μg·ml-1.The average recovery was 105.7%.
