【摘要】 目的:改进小鼠高脂血症模型的建立方法。方法:对脂肪乳处方及配制方法进行改进,采用脂肪乳灌胃建立小鼠高脂血症模型,用酶比色法测定模型组与正常组血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)含量。结果:模型组小鼠死亡率低,与正常组相比较,TC和TG具有显著差异。结论:本造模方法成功率高,切实可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To improve the method for establishing the hyperlipidemia model in mice. Method: The mice hyperlipidemia model was established by ig lipid emulsion prepared in better way, afterwards, the total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TC) in serum of two groups were tested by enzymic colorimetric method. Result:The hyperlipidemia model group had low mortality and it was statistically different from the control group in the level of TC and TC. Conclusion: The method for establishing the hyperlipedemia model has high success rate,so it is workable and convenient.更多还原
