藤茶总黄酮的体外抗氧化作用研究

【摘要】 目的:研究藤荼总黄酮(AGTF)的体外抗氧化作用。方法:分别用铁氰化钾模型、脂肪氧合酶体系评价AGTF的还原能力与抑制脂肪氧合酶活性的能力,并测定AGTF对活性氧形成的影响,以及对H2O2诱导小鼠红细胞溶血的抑制作用。结果:AGTF具有较强的还原能力;2.00 mg·ml-1AGTF对脂肪氧合酶的粗酶活抑制率超过50%;AGTF在0.5-10.0 mg·ml-1范围内,具有较强的体外抗活性氧能力,并可抑制H2O2诱导的小鼠红细胞溶血。结论:AGTF具有较高的体外抗氧化性能。

【Abstract】 Objective:The anti-oxidative effects of AGTF were studied in vitro. Method:The K3[Fe(CN)6] model and the lipoxidase system were used to evaluate the capacity of deoxidizing of AGTF and its inhibtion on lipoxidase; the effects of AGTF on ROS (reactive oxygen species) in vitro were detected; and the hemolysis of mice RBC induced by H2O2. Result: AGTF had significant deoxidazation, and the inhibition rate of 2.00 mg·ml-1 AGTF on the crude lipoxidase was above 50%. 0.5-10.0 mg·ml-1 AGTF could scavenge ROS, inhibite the hemolysis of mice RBC. Conclusion: AGTF showed high anti-oxidative activity in vitro.
