紫外分光光度法测定小剂量阿司匹林肠溶片的含量

【摘要】 目的:建立紫外分光光度法测定小剂量阿司匹林肠溶片中阿司匹林含量的方法。方法:阿司匹林在0.1 mol·L-1 NaOH溶液中,在297 nm波长处测定吸收度,计算含量。结果:阿司匹林在19~45μg·ml-1的浓度范围内线性关系良好(r= 0.999 8),平均回收率99.93%,RSD为0.66%(n=6)。结论:本法操作简便,快速,准确,适用于小剂量阿司匹林肠溶片含量测定。

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a method to determine the content of low dose Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets by UV-Spectro-photometry. Method: Aspirin was hydrolyzed to be salicylic acid by 0.1 mol·L-1 sodium hydroxide, determining absorbance wavelength was at 297nm and content was calculated. Result: Aspirin had a good linear in the concentration range of 19-45μg·ml-1 (r = 0.999 8) . The average recovery was 99.93% , RSD was 0.66%. Conclusion: This method is accurate, rapid, simple and especially suitable for the determination of low dose Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets.
