【摘要】 目的:探讨不同品种芦荟对荷瘤小鼠体内肿瘤的押制作用及木立芦荟对5-Fu的增效减毒作用。方法:观察不同品种及浓度的芦荟对S180荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤率、脾系数、体重和H22荷瘤小鼠生存时间的影响;并以脾系数为指标,观察木立芦荟对5-Fu的增效减毒作用。结果:不同品种及浓度的芦荟对S180荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤均具有不同程度的抑制作用,延长H22荷瘤小鼠生存时间。木立芦荟可显著改善5-Fu引起的机体生理机能紊乱,提高其抑瘤作用。结论:芦荟具有较好的抗肿瘤及增效减毒药理作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study anti-tumor function of various kinds of aloe in the mice. Method: The effects of various kinds of aloe on the effects of tumor-inhibited,the spleen index,weigh of S180 tumor mice and life time of H22 bearing mice and efficacy enhancing and toxicity reducing of aloe arborescens miller on 5-Fu by the spleen index were observed. Result: Different kinds of aloe can inhibit S190 tumor and prolong the life time of H22 bearing mice. Aloe arborescens miller may improve the physical function disorder induced by 5-Fu,and anti-disease ability was developed. Conclusion: Aloe have better anti-tumor pharmacological action and efficacy enhancing and toxicity reducing.更多还原
