【摘要】 目的:建立白癜风丸的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对该制剂中当归、补骨脂和地肤子进行鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定白痰风丸中阿魏酸的含量。结果:薄层色谱法中斑点清晰,易于识别;阿魏酸在0.11-0．84μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0．999 8),平均回收率为96．6％,RSD为2．1％。结论:所建方法简单,可用于白癜风丸的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish the quality standard for Baidianfeng Pills. Method: The Radix Angelicase Sinensis,Fructus Psoraleae and Fructus Kochiae in pills were identified by TLC, the content of ferulic acid in Baidianfeng pills was determined by HPLC. Result: the TLC spots were fairly clear and distinguishable, the linear range of ferulic acid was 0. 11 -0. 84μg the average recovery was 96.6% with RSD 2.1%. Conclusion: the method is simple, and specific, and can be used for quality control of Baidianfeng Pills.更多还原
