【摘要】 目的:探讨更有效的治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血(CAA)的方法。方法:比较单用司坦唑醇与司坦唑醇联合环孢素(CsA)治疗CAA的疗效。结果:司坦唑醇联合CsA组有效率(88．89％)明显高于单用司坦唑醇组(54．55％)。结论:司坦唑醇联合CsA组治疗CAA的有效率优于单用司坦唑醇组,该方案经济、安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore more effective regimen for chronic aplastic anemia (CAA). Method: Stanozolol alone or combined with CsA for the treatment of CAA were compared. Result; The response rate of stanozolol combined with CsA(88. 89% ) was higher than of stanozolol alone(54.55%) . Conclusion: Stanozolol combined with CsA have a much better efficacy than that of stanozolol alone in the treatment of CAA,the combination therapy is safe and economical.更多还原
