【摘要】 目的:分析我院不合理应用抗菌药物的主要表现形式。方法:对2003年5月-2005年6月我院72份抗菌药物不合理应用的典型病历进行统计、分析。结果:给药方法不当居首位,共发生39次。剂量应用不当居第2位,共发生34次。无感染指征用药居第3位,共发生25次。选药不当居第4位,共发生22次。结论:我院临床抗菌药物不合理应用情况表现形式多样,应加强干预和管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyse the main manifestation of the non-rational use of antibacterial drug. Method: Statistic and analysis were conducted in 72 cases of non-rational use of antibacterial drug during the year from May, 2003 to June, 2005. Result: The wrong way of administration was on top, which happened 39 times. The second was the improper use of the dosage, which happened 34 times. The third was the medication for no infectious characteristics, which happened 25 times. The fourth was the improper selections of the drug, which happened 22 times. Conclusion: The condition of non-rational use of antibacterial drug by clinic has various manifestations , therefore, we should strengthen the intervention and the management.更多还原
