【摘要】 目的:优选β-环糊精包合骨刺胶囊挥发油的最佳工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验考察挥发油／β-环糊精、包合温度、包合频率、包合时间对包合物收得率、挥发油利用率及包合物含油率这3个指标的影响。结果:包合最佳工艺条件为:挥发油／β-环糊精=1:6,包合温度45℃,包合时间1h,包合频率为1000 r·min-1。结论:该工艺可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To optimize the inclusion process conditions for volatile oil of GuCi Capsules. Method: The orthogonal design was used, utilization ratio of oil, the ratio of the oil in inclusion complex and recovery of inclusion complex as the indexes to determine the factors containing the ratio of cyclodextrin and oil, the temperature, the time and frequency during the complex formation were studies. Result: The optimum conditions for inclusion were A2B1C2 D3. that is the complex should be formed under the conditions: the mixture the ratio of cyclodextrin and oil with 6:1 for 1 hours at 45℃by the mix frequency of 1 000 r·min-1.
