【摘要】 目的:采用HPLC法测定济生肾气丸中丹皮酚的含量。方法:色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱(250 mm×4．6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(70:30)为流动相,流速1．0 ml·min-1,检测波长274 nm。结果:丹皮酚在0．13-1．26μg范围内有良好线性关系r =0．999 9,平均回收率为97．5％,RSD=1．4％。结论:该法简单,快速,准确可用于济生肾气丸的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of paeonol in Jisheng Shenqi pills. Method: the Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm) was used, the methanol-water(70:30) as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1, the detection wavelength was at 274 nm. Result; the linear range of paeonol was 0.13-1.26μg, r =0.999 9, the average recovery was 97.5% with RSD 1.4%. Conclusion: the method is simple, rapiol, accurate and can be used for quality control of Jisheng shenqi pills.更多还原
