【摘要】 目的:观察缬沙坦单用及与福辛普利或非洛地平合用对老年高血压的降压疗效。方法:80例老年轻、中度高血压患者,经过2周安慰剂清洗期后,单服缬沙坦80 mg,qd。4周后随机分2组,分别联合服用福辛普利10 mg,qd,或非洛地平5 mg, qd,均为4周。治疗前及治疗后4周和8周行24 h动态血压监测,并测治疗前后坐位血压。结果:缬沙坦单用4周后,坐位血压和24 h动态血压均下降(P<0．01或P<0．05)。缬沙坦与福辛普利或非洛地平合用4 wk后坐位血压总有效率从45％增加为88％和85％;动态血压显示联合用药降压作用较明显。结论:缬沙坦单用有长效的降压作用,与福辛普利或非洛地平联合用药有叠加降压作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe antihypertensive effects of used valsartan alone and combined with fosinopril or felodipine on patients with essential hypertension. Method: Following 2 wk placebolead-in period, 80 patients received valsartan 80 mg, po, qd for 4 wk. Then, followed by combination with fosinopril 10 mg, po, qd (n =40 ) or felodipine 5 mg, po, qd ( n =40 ) for another 4 wk . Blood pressure changes were derived from clinic measurements ( at 0, 2, 4, 6 and 8 wk of treatment ) and 24-hours BP ambulatory monitoring ( at 0, 4, and 8 wk ) . Result: After 4 wk of valsartan monotherapy, sited systolic and diastolic blood pressure were decreased significantly(P<0. 01) and the total response rates of sited BP were 45% ; 24-hours ambulatory blood pressure were lowered (P<0.05). After 4 wk of combined treatments, the total responsive rates of sited BP were 88 % for fosinopril group and 85% for felodipine group, and the antihypertensive effect of the former was better than that of the latter by 24-hours BP ambulatory monitoring. Conclusion:Valsartan single treatment has long antihypertensive effect, and combined use with fosinopril or felodipine has additional antihypertensive effect.更多还原
