【摘要】 目的:研究黄芩苷在不同溶媒中的稳定性。方法:采用HPLC法测定黄芩苷的含量。结果:黄芩苷在0．1～50．0μg· ml-1范围内线性关系良好平均回收率为97．6％,RSD=2．0％。黄芩苷在pH=7．4的磷酸盐缓冲液中不稳定。结论:低浓度的黄芩苷在不同pH值溶液中的稳定性差异较大,为透皮扩散研究时pH值和浓度的选择提供了依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the stability of baicalin in different solvents. Method: The HPLC method was adopted to determine the baicalin. Result: It indicated that the linear range of bacilin was 0. 1 -50 μg·ml-1. The average recovery was 97. 6% with the RSD 2. 0% ( n = 5 ). Baicalin was unstable in the phosphate solution( pH 7. 4) . Conclusion: The stability difference of low concentration baicalin is relative large in different pH solution. This results can provide the basis to select the pH and concentration on study of transdermal diffusion action of baicalin.更多还原
