五子衍宗丸中五味子乙素的含量测定

【摘要】 目的:建立五子衍宗丸中五味子乙素含量的HPLC方法。方法:使用VP-ODS(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,甲醇-水(72:28)为流动相,流速1.0 ml·min-1;柱温:室温;检测波长254 nm。结果:五味子乙素线性范围是0.17-1.67μg,r= 0.999 9,平均回收率102.1%,RSD=2.2%(n=6)。结论:该法可用于测定五子衍宗丸中五味子乙素的含量。

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a method for determination the content of γ-schisandrin in Wuzi Yanzong Pills by HPLC. Method: The Vp-ODS column( 150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used, the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (72:28) with UV detection was at 254 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1. Result: The linear range of γ-schisandrin was 0.17 -1.67 μg,r=0.999 9, the average recovery was 102. 1 % RSD =2.2%(n=6). Conclusion: The methods is simple, reproducible and suitable for determination the content of γ-schizandrin in Wuzi Yanzong Pills.
