【摘要】 目的探讨奥曲肽在治疗老年肺结核大咯血的治疗价值。方法将69例老年人肺结核大咯血患者随机分为A、B两组,分别给予奥曲肽和脑垂体后叶素治疗,观察其疗效和不良反应。结果A﹑B两组总有效率分别为88.89%及69.69%,P<0.05。结论奥曲肽治疗老年肺结核大咯血疗效显著,副作用小,可作为治疗大咯血首选药物,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the value of Octreotide in treating senile patients with severe hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis. Method All 69 ca-ses of senile patients with severe hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis were divided into group A and B, and treated with Octreotide and Pituitrin respectively; effects and adverse reactions were researched. Result Effective rates of group A and B were 88.89% and 69.69% respectively; and there were significant difference between them in effects(P<0.05).Conclusion The Octreotide is the finest drug for treating senile patients with severe hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis, and may be the first selected drug for patients with severse hemoptysis.更多还原
